Dainty Ashley on Expo Mom!
So here’s what I’ve been busy and feeling nervous and excited about these past few weeks. It used to be just a big dream but I’m so ecstatic that I’m realizing that dream in a few days!
Dainty Ashley will be joining its first ever bazaar and it’ll be the Expo Mom!

Expo Mom is not actually new to me since I’ve been an avid spectator/visitor/shopper/blogger of this event ever since. But this time, I’ll participate as an exhibitor. Expo Mom is the biggest exposition for moms and moms-to-be featuring the latest products and services for moms, babies, kids, & families. It brings the latest parenting trends on breastfeeding, baby wearing, cloth diapering and active parenting.
Expect lots of new collections and “heartmade” trinkets in our booth which I’ll be sharing with a good friend and fellow craft enthusiast, Suzanne, the designer and great mind/hands behind The Claycraft Studio. For more info about the event and a sneak peek of what to expect in our booth, visit this link: http://expomom.com/2013/03/expo-mom-featured-exhibitor-dainty-ashley/.

Yoga has become popular as of late. Most people turn to yoga not only to lose weight but to improve their posture and help them stay calm, collected and focused. Everyone who has tried yoga has raved how effective it is in reducing stress.
You can easily practice yoga at home. You just need two really basic equipment: a Yoga instructional DVD and a yoga mat. You can throw in a yogitoes towel into the mix but a normal towel will do. This is for doing basic yoga. Try their poses everyday and you will notice that it does wonders to your posture!

Oh so true! You won’t get anywhere if you’ll just be easily demotivated, pessimistic or choosy. Just seize every opportunity that comes your way. You won’t know that it’d work until you try and grab it.

I am improving my envelope printing technique. I usually need them now in my business and instead of having everything printed from a shop and spend so much money, I sometimes do the printing myself and in this alley, I still have so much to develop. There are things that you should take note of before printing envelopes.
-
Blank envelopes come in standard sizes usually supported by Microsoft Word. Measure the size of your envelopes to identify which standard size they are in Word.
-
Avoid printing on envelopes that have strings, buttons or clasps as they might get caught or jammed in the printer.
-
Avoid printing on envelopes that are not constructed regularly (i.e. irregular edges, irregular folding, etc) as they may get jammed in the printer.
-
When printing on multiple envelopes, try to stack them loosely or load them individually to avoid paper jamming.
These reminders are printed and posted beside my printer just in case I forget.

Pardon my huge eye bags here. Been sleep deprived these past few days because of a huge thing that’s happening with the biz soon (will announce it here one of these days). Anyway, just look and direct your attention to our little girl’s cute smile. Isn’t she adorable? I just love how cheerful and high spirited she’s always been. Stay that way, my dearest Ashley. ![]()
