Apple Cleansing Procedure for Gallstones.
I got this from my kind N@W sisters and for those of you who has gallstones like me, you might want to try this natural way of cleansing it. Some do vouch its effectiveness as they expelled several stones after trying it daw.

1. Drink four to five glasses of apple juice a day for five days. You may opt to consume four to five apples, as an option.
Warm water
2. No dinner on the sixth day. Take three glasses of apple juice until 4 p.m. At 6 p.m. of the sixth day, take 1 teaspoon of Epsom salt with a glass of warm water—and another at 8 p.m. And, at 10 p.m., mix half a cup of olive oil with half a cup of lemon juice, and drink.
In those six days, eat as normally as you would—except for the no-dinner rule on the final day.
Apple juice is supposed to soften the gallstones, while the Epsom salt with water relaxes the muscles and opens up passageways for the stones to pass. (Epsom salt can be found in many pharmacies). Thereafter, expect to go to the bathroom. Lastly, the oil will make it easier to evacuate.
The next morning, stones will “pass” through defecation, not via urination: They’re greenish in color—and they usually float. Five other friends followed my lead and got favorable results, as well.

I might probably try this while I wait for my doctor’s recommendation. In fact, I’ve started infusing apples in my meals since yesterday. Baka sakaling makatulong.
I am yet to set an appointment with my doctor at CMC tomorrow. Will show him the ultrasound results and I’m really hoping for a less complicated recommendation. Wish me luck.

this is effective kasi my dad has gallstones din. Lumiit yung mga stones niya … yun nga lang he have to stop. Tumaas kasi yung sugar level niya because of apples kaya pinatigil ng doctor niya. Kaya ginagawa namin hinihintay nalang namin na mabuo ang loob ni Dad na mapatanggal ang gall stones niya.

Hi…
Last year (aug, 2010) my wife supposed to undergo gallbladder removal. however, her abdominal pains stopped and so surgery has been cancelled. i made a research about liver/gall flushing and was tempted to do the procedure but later refused to after crossing this website:
http://www.quackwatch.com/01QuackeryRelatedTopics/flushes.html
But this month (july, 2010), my wife felt the pains again… although not as painful as before, we were afraid she might be confined again in the hospital.
We don’t know which to believe. we want to do the flushing but quackwatch.com says it’s not effective and would bear false hope.
please help us…
