Our Source of Sunshine

These 2 kids were our source of sunshine in these past gloomy and rainy days. Classes are suspended for Asher and there were days when the husband worked from home as getting to the office is impossible because of the heavy rains and floods everywhere. We’re very thankful that we were dry and comfortable. While we enjoy the coziness of our home, our hearts go out to those who were badly affected especially the kids and the elderly who had to stay on their roofs wet and cold waiting for a rescue. Watching the news has been heartbreaking. Praying that the monsoon rains will finally stop so that the flood water can now recede and the people can dry and rebuild their homes.
