Ready to Go Swimming!
Someone’s ready to bask under the sun.
Bring out the Native Sunglasses, sunblock and towels..and of course, some swimming diapers, too, and she’s ready to go. Yes, the little one’s ready for our summer getaway come Easter Sunday. It’s her first ever swimming adventure so the camera shouldn’t be left behind to capture her first ever pool and beach venture. Now I just hope she won’t outgrow these cute swimsuits (sized 3-6 months) so fast. Or else, I might just lend her my swimsuits..LOL.

Babies grow up in a blink of an eye. This is the reason why I started a Photo Project 365 with my darling Ashley entitled “My Daily Dose of Ashley’s Smiles”. Everyday, I capture her smile, compile them in an online album for the mean time and later on, I will try to put them together in an album or a photobook. I can certainly feel the excitement flipping through the album pages filled with beautiful smiles once I complete this project come year end. I’d be able to witness how her face transformed day by day, week by week, month by month and I bet it’d be a nostalgic feeling for me seeing how my baby’s first year just flew by. Here’s her January smiles at a glance. Just lovely, isn’t it? The husband is already choosing which pictures to select for his customized photo cufflinks.
It’s really great and I’m thankful that I have this Photo365 iPhone application. This project is done conveniently and with much ease. Can’t wait to fill the rest of the months with my little darling’s daily smiles.

If you suffer from aches and pains or general discomfort while sleeping, then you can’t go wrong with a memory foam mattress. Memory foam is a material that shapes and adjusts to a person’s form. It returns to shape once pressure is lifted. This ability to adapt to a shifting form, called visco-elastic, ensures that no part of the body will feel pressure or discomfort, unlike from an ordinary mattress.
Memory foam mattresses are typically built with a box spring and a memory foam layer. This is to give the memory foam necessary support so your body doesn’t sink or dip into the bed. The pressure is alleviated from your body, but you still have a firm support to sleep on.
To determine the value of a memory foam mattress, pay attention to how well the foam conforms to the shape of your body. If the memory foam flattens without fitting around your shape, then it’s probably a cheap imitation. Once you remove pressure from the mattress, the foam should return to its original shape. When shopping for a memory foam mattress, make sure it’s from a reputable brand that doesn’t sell imitation products oftentimes shipped overseas.
Other mattresses, such as box springs and latex foam, don’t offer near the comfort or support for your body. Spring boxes don’t offer as good support for your spine, and bend and distort overtime. Latex foam is stiffer against your weight and won’t shape to your body the same way as memory foam. Because of this, pressure to areas such as your back, hips and shoulders are increased.
Aches and pains in your body can be caused by sleeping on your side atop a stiff mattress. Switching to a memory foam mattress can help alleviate pressure, ensuring a long night’s sleep and a comfortable awakening.

I went sentimental again when I browsed my video uploads in Facebook. There’s a video of Asher that I uploaded two years ago wherein he was gamely strumming his toy guitar. He was even banging his head the way rockstars do. At that moment, I hoped that he would nurture further his love for music so that he’ll grow up a talented musician. An inclination that both his Daddy and I never had. I mean we love music, we sing a lot but it’s just that the notes seemingly do not like us. Asher, on the other hand, loves making a beat with an imaginary drum set and sometimes, with an imaginary guitar. He even sometimes pretend carrying guitar cases. If he’ll continue exhibiting this interest, we’ll extend our support by enrolling him in a summer music class if he wishes to.

Finally, I passed the 2 Million mark. No, it doesn’t have to do with money although I wish I have that amount to store in personal stack on safes but it’s the highest score I’ve got so far in Temple Run.
If you haven’t played Temple Run yet on your iPhone or iPad then you’ve been out of the loop as it’s the latest craze among iOS gamers/users. This game is truly addictive that my iPhone needs to be recharged every now and then because of long usage. I like its Indiana Jones adventure type of game where your reflexes are tested as you run down the walls while turning left or right, jumping and ducking obstacles along the way while picking up coins and avoid getting caught by the Demon Monkeys. There are objectives that you have to fulfill so that your multiplier is increased meaning you’ll be able to get higher scores.
