Light and Compact
There goes another addition to our growing family of gadgets. LOL. Finally got myself a digital camera that I can carry inside my bag and bring wherever I’ll go. No, we didn’t dispose the SLR (although the husband is thinking of upgrading it soon). I just thought of having a more compact one since we’re too lazy to bring the bulky DSLR sometimes. I tested the new cam already and I’m impressed. I’m just perusing the manual so that I’d learn to maximize the features in avoiding blurs and using the right settings under different lighting conditions.
Speaking of blurs, I immediately thought a kershaw blur is another type of photo-related blur. So I was confused for a while when the diagram shows a clear (not blurred) picture of a knife. Later I found out that it’s actually a brand of knife and not in any way has to do with photo flaws or that kind of thing.

Yet again, I haven’t been blogging that much lately because I’ve been kept down in pain by a Canker Sore or commonly known as mouth sore or mouth ulcer. Tiny as it seems but it’s been giving me a great discomfort that I can’t open my mouth well so talking and eating has been a challenge. What I hate most about this is that my appetite has returned already and yet I can’t eat at a phase fast enough so I can devour plenty and enjoy the meal. So the ending, my tummy’s still willing but my gums aren’t anymore because they’re so sore and painful. I realized that instead of reading apidexin reviews, people wanting to lose weight should just hope for canker sores. LOL. It’s a sure way, albeit a little cruel, to achieve your ideal body weight.

It’s been almost a week already since my friend’s wedding and I still can’t get over it. It’s far from the grand and extravagant weddings I’ve seen but this, by far, is one of the most romantic I’ve ever witnessed. It’s also memorable for me because I was given the privilege to have a special participation in their wedding by being one of their Cord Sponsors. Just like the bride, I was given the chance to go dashing and beautiful on this day.
Thanks to the hairstylist who did a magnificent makeover of me. I wonder if he’s a graduate of the much acclaimed cosmetology school in Arizona, the Regency Beauty Institute. He indeed has a skillful hands because he managed to make me look beefier…and of course, ehem, charming. (Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, right?)

As an effective practice, I’m listing down the things that I’ll be blogging in here just so I won’t forget.
1. Discharge from the Hospital
2. Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Celebration with our families (both sides)
3. Baguio Vacation
4. New Year’s Eve celebration
5. Cris and Kate’s Wedding
Honestly, I think I’m missing out a few as my mind’s gone blank. January’s about to end soon and I can’t clearly recall what has happened on the first half. Geez, that’s courtesy of the fresh dose of anesthesia injected on me last month. I really easy forget things nowadays. This is also my primary reason why I have to list down the blog updates I still owe you.
Anyway, let me share some photos taken at the wedding of my College Barkada last weekend where I had the honor to be one of their Candle Sponsors. I received flattering comments in Facebook regarding my hair and make-up from friends. Thank you very much. I made sure to sleep early the night before (glad I didn’t need natural sleeping pills as I fell asleep fast). Huge thanks goes to the stylist from Bench Fix for a dashing makeover. I’ll be blogging more about the wedding on a separate post.

Can’t resist it. These wacky shots are the least I wanted to share from my December photos because look how I was so thin and seemingly a proof of appetite suppressants that work. But these photos are very precious to me and remind of a great lesson that was imbibed in me last month. Nope, I didn’t drink any slimming potions but I just got out of the hospital that time. I may still be in pain and suffering during those days but I learned that life is a lot more fun, easy and light if we just learn to surrender our burdens to Him.
