Richwell Sale Loots.
Happy Saturday everyone! Well, I, or should I say, Asher does have one happy Saturday today. While people in the US were wrapping up their Black Friday experience this morning (night time in the US), hubby, me, my MIL (mother-in-law) and Asher were also having our own version of After Thanksgiving Sale at the Richwell Warehouse.
I’ve posted in my Mommy blog how excited I was for this one since we know that we’ll be able to scratch off some things in Asher’s Kaboodle wish list and get hold of those toys at overly low prices. And truly, we were one happy family campers when we went home with all these in tow. Take note how big the discounts were for each loot.

Hay ang sarap magshopping! This is our first time to experience Richwell Warehouse Sale and we have vowed to attend again next year’s sale. By the way, the warehouse was not as crowded of shoppers as I thought it would be. We arrived at exactly 9 am, its opening time. There were plenty who walked in at the first hour but everyone can freely move pa naman. We checked out our carts two hours later in a breeze. Ni wala pa ngang pila sa mga cashiers that time. Stocks wise, they still abound and were continuously replenished except for the Chicco Umbrollers and the slides which the husband and my MIL wished to buy din sana. From what I remember the following are all over the place: Leap Frog items, Chicco strollers, potty trainers, bikes, baby shoes and apparels, car seats, Sesame Street items (I love to buy the Elmo plush sana kaso medyo luma na), a lot of Barbie & My Scene products, Nuby items, Matchbox and Hot Wheels car, Dora items, Mini-Kitchen and hair dresser sets, VTech items, Shelcore and a whole lot more. As I’ve said, I’m really looking forward to shop there again next year.

Looking Forward.
…for a long, busy, expensive and relaxing weekend ahead.
First up, tomorrow’s our most awaited Richwell Warehouse Sale shopping day and the husband and I are so pumped up. Ready to brave the vast crowd of shoppers that will flock and snag discounted kiddie toys. I just have to double check later that hubby is ready with the cold cash or else we’d go hunting early tomorrow for ATM machines. I’m trying (trying is the word here) to prevent myself from engaging with those sprawling Black Friday sales (clothes boutiques and in the digiland) online tonight. I need to since my Paypal is barely breathing. LOL. I’m saving it up for something special this holiday. Nuninuninu. And so, I might just consider our Richwell escapade tomorrow our After Thanksgiving Sale shopping version.
Other than that, we don’t have any plans laid yet for our Saturday noon and Sunday. On Monday, a non-working day in lieu of Nov 30’s Bonifacio Day, we’ll accompany the husband for his annual checkup as required by their company’s health insurance. We’d probably go malling afterwards.
How about you? What are your weekend plans?

Hunk Friday.
Before you continue reading, this is to clarify that this isn’t a typical Friday meme or a tag that I do during onset weekends. I am yet to do my Friday Fillins later. Actually, it’s more of a regular Friday posting over at Shopwiki Blog where they muse over wanna be hunks out there and find on the web all related things for sale with connection to that “Hunk”.
They haven’t posted for this week’s theme yet (perhaps, the blog authors are busy celebrating the Thanksgiving or are busy prepping for the Black Friday sales) but try to take a look at their last week’s featured Hunks. No it’s not Zac Efron nor Robert Pattinson, but the overlooked old educational shows personalities Mr. Rogers, Doug and Arnold. Well, if you forgot about this TV “oldies” check the Shopwiki Blog now or if you used to be die hard fanatics of them, you’d be able to search where to buy their memorabilia in there. I wonder who the Hunk for this week will be.
